I am Alexander Ehlen, a senior professional with over 20 years of experience in security and IT management, risk management, internal control & compliance management, and project & program management.
I am a pragmatic, results-oriented, people-focused connector who inspires teams to deliver the best possible services, solutions, and results.
Next to this I am a transformation- and transition leader who connects strategy with tactical- and operational processes in multinational corporate environments as well as small to medium volume organizations and non-profit organizations in healthcare and education.
After various roles in high‑tech, life & material science and professional services companies, I decided to found my own business, Taryon. I now help organizations grow their business and mature their cybersecurity in a pragmatic, business‑driven way, leveraging the skills and experience I have built over the past 20+ years.
